Daniel Miñarro is Lead Human Pharma Policy at Boehringer Ingelheim and supports the strategic advocacy work in the fields of non-communicable diseases, and rare diseases.

Daniel holds an MBA in Management and a Master in Conference Interpreting. In his past 10 years at Boehringer Ingelheim, Daniel managed various big transformation programs within the Animal Health business, Human Resources, Sustainable Development, and Go-to-Market in the Human Pharma business. He believes strongly in the success of fast learning organizations and inclusive leadership capabilities.

Daniel is highly driven by the concept of One Health for people, animals, and the planet.  He is convinced that improving care, speed-up pathways, and increase accessibility of adequate treatment options for NCD patients will only happen, if silos in primary and secondary care will be eliminated and patients can benefit from a holistic patient view.
