Magdalena Kołodziej - an expert actively supporting patient organisations, with years of experience in the field of patient education and empowerment, as well as patient communication; marketing and project management specialist; advocate for patient involvement in decision-making processes in health care and activities for implementation of patient-centered health care system in Poland. Manager with experience in organisation and comprehensive management of educational projects as well as moderating of social dialogue in health care, managing such projects as Together for Health, Patients Decide, Lilly Diabetes Education Centres or Freedom of Breath - Prevent Asthma.

Vice Chairwoman of the Council of Patients' Organizations at the Ministry of Health, Vice-Chairwoman of the Council of Patients' Organizations at the Ombudsman for Patients' Rights, Member of the Supreme Bioethics Commission.

Since 2014, Magdalena has been associated with the WE Patients Foundation (www.mypacjenci.org), working to reinforce patient participation in the decision-making processes in health care.
