Minxian Congé

Minxian Congé, MSc Health Economics, MBA, is the Government Affairs Lead of Oncology at AbbVie Western Europe & Canada. In this role she works with her government affairs team at the country affiliates on policies to improve patient access to novel cancer medicines and to enhance cancer patients’ support and care.

She is also the Vice Chair of EFPIA Oncology Platform, currently leading the Time to Patient Access project on behalf of the Oncology Platform. In this role she represents the industry to collaborate closely with diverse external stakeholders, with a common goal to address access barriers and enable timely patient access to innovative cancer medicines.

She holds a MSc Health Economics from London School of Economics and an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University, Chicago.
