Paul Robinson is the Patient Engagement Lead for MSD in Europe, and as such, his role is to encourage and support increased patient engagement across all of MSDs activities. The role has three facets: Patient Insights (MSD listening to patients to influence internal decisions), Patient Advocacy (working with patient groups to positively influence the policy decisions of others) and Patient Experience (to enhance the experience of patients contacting MSD or using our products). A physician by training, Paul has been part of the IMI-PARADIGM project.
