Sini Eskola is an accomplished pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and policy expert with 20 years of international experience. As Head of International Regulatory Policy and Innovation at Takeda, she leads efforts to strengthen regulatory strategies and advance innovation, drawing on senior roles at EFPIA, AstraZeneca, and the Finnish Pharmacists’ Society. Sini holds a master of pharmaceutical science from the University of Helsinki and is currently finalising a PhD at the University of Utrecht focused on Real World Data and Evidence (RWD/RWE) in medicines development and regulatory decision making.
