Thomas Allvin is Executive Director for Strategy and Healthcare Systems at EFPIA. Before joining EFPIA, Thomas was Health Counsellor for Sweden to the European Union, responsible for Council negotiations on public health, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and has a background in the Swedish Ministry of Health and the Swedish Parliament.
