The IHI Call Days are held online and include info sessions on all aspects of the call and pitching sessions to help with the identification of partners and the creation of consortia.

Info sessions

We run info sessions on all call topics as well as our rules and procedures and (for single-stage calls) the financial aspects of the proposal. All webinars include plenty of time for questions. The agenda is given below. We will publish the slides and recordings from all webinars here.

Pitching sessions

For single-stage calls like IHI call 7, we run online pitching sessions allow applicants to showcase themselves (and where relevant their consortium) as potential project coordinators or partners. If you want to deliver a pitch, you should indicate this at registration and follow the instructions for pitchers in the platform. The deadline for registering as a pitcher is 12 January 2024. If selected for a pitch, please use this slide template to prepare your pitch.

Registration for all sessions is free but obligatory via the IHI Call Days platform.
 

The platform we use to run the IHI Call Days includes a networking module so that you can find partners for your consortium, message them, and even meet them online. The platform will remain open for networking until the call deadlines. You will create your own profile when you register for the event - advice on what to include in your profile can be found here. If you want to boost your visibility further, we would also encourage you to create a Marketplace.

While the IHI Call Days platform is a great place to start your search for partners, we advise you to use other avenues as well - you can find further tips and advice on finding partners here.
