Value Based Healthcare (VBH) Outcomes Workshop: A Health Systems Approach London

Organised in collaboration with ICHOM (International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement) and ABPI (The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry), this workshop will present the theory and practice behind measuring health outcomes and how ICHOM standard sets in different disease areas are constructed. Several practical case-studies on how the consistent measurement of outcomes can improve care for patients, which will also help ensuring smart spending of healthcare budgets, will be showcased. Panellists will discuss how to put this model into practice in the UK healthcare system aiming at transforming it towards becoming more outcomes-based, patient-centred and efficient.
