EFPIA Health Collaboration Summit 2015

Health Collaboration Summit 2015

Next week is the second Health Collaboration Summit 2015. The event brings together over 200 delegates and speakers from patient organisations, policy makers and industry. The ethos behind the event is that no one group has all the answers to the many challenges faced by European Healthcare systems and it is only through greater collaboration will we be able to address some of these challenges.

At this year’s Summit (HCS2015), day one focuses on outcomes driven, sustainable healthcare providing different perspectives on the collection and utilisation of outcomes data to improve care and increase efficiency. Day two centres on how to work together, transparency, best practice and governance issues.

New to this years event is the EFPIA events app. As well as being to be able to access all the agendas, session outlines, speaker biographies etc delegates will be able to vote on issues as they arise in the sessions and connect with other delegates through the social wall. You can download the events app here.

Another addition is the Health Collaboration Award designed to showcase best practice in collaborative working that benefits patients. We have delighted to receive over 40 high calibre entries and the winner will be announced in the last session on day one.

You can follow HCS2015 through hash tag #EfpiaHCS on social media and if you are attending we are looking forward to some great debate. If you cant wait until next week a number of our speakers have produced guest blogs on their topics in advance of the event and you can access them on pharmaviews.eu.
