BioFIT 2012: Fostering Innovation & Transfer

BioFIT 2012 Conference will take place on 3 & 4 December 2012 at the "Lille Grand Palais" Convention Center in Lille, France. The event is being co-organized by the Economic Development Agency Eurasanté and IDIS in partnership with EFPIA & EBE.
The development of Open Innovation, the increasing need for collaborative projects, the reshaping of pharma/biotech/academia relationships…: the life sciences landscape is currently experiencing one of its most tumultuous periods, which requires evolution - and revolution - in the way to conceive partnerships. In this context, BioFIT aims to the meeting place between the public and the private actors in the life sciences sectors and facilitate the emergence of new and innovative projects and products.
To reach this ambitious goal, BioFIT will offer complementary activities: a partnering platform for pre-screened one-to-one meetings; a conference program dealing with open innovation subjects and exploring hands-on approaches to technology transfer; a presenting session for key technologies, licensing opportunities and product development.
