Final EFPIA Disclosure Code published

The Disclosure Code and amendments to the HCP Code have been approved by the General Assembly on 24 June 2013. The General Assembly mandated EFPIA to prepare a consolidated version of the HCP Code, including the approved amendments. The final edited versions of both Codes have been submitted to Compliance Committee comments, and have been reviewed by legal counsel. See here.
