The Czech Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Industry, under the auspices of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU, organizes a major face-to-face international conference on the topic of Pharmaceutical strategy for Europe.

Goals and Topics

The goal of the conference is to provide a comprehensive view of the preparation of the new pharmaceutical legislation and the revision of the current one, including the vision of the Czech Presidency and the commitment of the industry. During the event, EU and national policymakers, patient representatives, and industry will debate on:

• New Pharmaceutical Legislation for the EU: Vision for Future Development
• Position of the Czech Presidency as regards the Development of New Pharmaceutical Legislation
• European Medicine Agency and its Future Role
• Role of Innovative Industry in the Process Leading to New Pharmaceutical Legislation
• Innovative Approaches to the Evaluation of New Technologies
• European Health Data Space and its Importance for Providing New Technologies to EU Patients 

Attendees

The conference will be attended mainly by representatives of Czech and EU authorities working in the field of health and pharmacy (including the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the European Commission and the State Institute for Drug Control), patient organizations, local and European innovative pharmaceutical industry, healthcare professionals and other partners.
